The IV South American Youth Games Panama 2026

The IV South American Youth Games Panama 2026 will be held from April 12 to April 25. The South American Youth Games are a multidisciplinary sporting event featuring athletes aged 14 to 17 from across the region. They are organized by the South American Sports Organization (ODESUR). The IV South American Youth Games Panama 2026 will take place from April 12 to April 25, which is the most important sporting event ever held in Panama. 

More than 2,000 athletes from all 15 nations of the ODESUR are expected to compete in these Youth Games. In total, 24 sports will be part of these Games: Athletics, Chess, Baseball, Boxing, Badminton, Basketball, Cycling, Fencing, Flag Football, Soccer, Futsal, Gymnastics, Golf, Judo, Karate, Weightlifting, Wrestling, Swimming, Surfing, Taekwondo, Tennis, Table Tennis, Archery, and Triathlon.

The official mascot is “Anton,” a Golden Frog from Panama, representing youth, biodiversity, and the unity of all of South America, and who hopes to charm and motivate all the athletes who make it to the Games.
