The 10th World Junior Wushu Championships officially opened on March 25 in Tianjin, marking the first time this premier event has been held in Chinese mainland. Mr. Bian Qingfeng, Chairman of Taishan Sports, was invited to attend the opening ceremony and the official banquet.
As the world’s largest and highest-level junior wushu competition, this year’s championships have set a new record with 1,179 participants from 78 countries and regions. A total of 666 young athletes will compete for gold medals in 83 events across the routine and sanda disciplines.
Taishan Sports is proud to serve as a key supporter of the event. All competition mats and venues provided by the company have been certified by the International Wushu Federation (IWUF). In addition, a dedicated technical service team has been deployed on-site to ensure the smooth operation of the tournament.
